Meet Jennifer. 

Jennifer is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive medical experience that she thoughtfully integrates into her psychiatric medication management. Her clinical background allows her to approach mental health from a comprehensive perspective, recognizing the important connection between physical health, hormonal changes, medical conditions, medications, and emotional well-being. 

She provides evidence-based, holistic psychiatric care by looking beyond symptoms alone. Utilizing telehealth psychiatric services, Jennifer considers relevant laboratory findings, medical history, diagnostic assessments, medication history, and both past and present psychiatric symptoms to develop a more complete understanding of each patient’s mental health. 

She has a particular passion for women's mental health and helps her patients understand the complex relationship between hormonal changes, physical health, emotional well-being, and cognitive functioning. Her areas of clinical focus include perimenopausal mental health, ADHD assessment, PMDD, depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders. 

She also values ongoing assessment and collaboration, adjusting treatment as patients’ needs and circumstances evolve.

Meet Adam 

Adam Henry is a board-certified physician associate practicing psychiatry in New Mexico. His background includes extensive experience in both general and addiction psychiatry, with additional experience in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and the treatment of complex psychiatric conditions. Adam has a particular clinical interest in complex and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions, including treatment-resistant depression and OCD, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. He particularly enjoys working with patients who have struggled to find an effective treatment or who require complex medication management.

His approach is thorough, evidence-based, and highly individualized—looking carefully at what has and hasn't worked and why. When standard treatments fall short, he is willing to think beyond conventional treatment algorithms and consider emerging or off-label approaches when clinically appropriate.

While these are areas of particular focus, Adam provides comprehensive psychiatric care across a broad range of mental health conditions.
